Quality is good on this jacket. I love the reflective piping and all the pockets. I love this jacket until I do any work, then I sweat in it because the fabric does not breathe. Actually I sweat in it if I am indoors for very long at all also doing nothing. I have replaced this jacket with a 400 weight polar fleece which oddly is warmer yet I sweat less in it when indoors or working. If you really need the reflective piping for safety and your just driving in the jacket it works well. If you need to do any work or if your stuck inside a warm building for long it does not breath enough. I have gotten sweat inside this jacket and the next day it is not dry. I really wish this jacket performed more like polar fleece but it really doesn't. It is a better wind breaker than fleece but they way I use it for work it is not ideal.Jacket looks good and fits good.Jackets I always go XL and been happy with other brands, ordered this in XL and it was way to baggy and overall oversized. Returned and ordered L version and fits as should.Sleeves are a little on the long side but can be adjusted with velcro to be tighter at the wristI have been wanting a softshell jacket for a while now and I am glad I found this on Amazon. I work for Caterpillar and get compliments on this jacket all of the time. I wasn't sure about which size to purchase, because normally I wear a XL. I am 6'1" and 215# and opted to go for the Large Tall to see how it fit and it was perfect. If you normally wear an XL, the Large Tall should fit fine. This jacket has plenty of pockets and has a zipper pocket right over your heart and is a great place to put your cell phone with ear buds (unless you have a huge phone, I have the iPhone 5S) also there are huge inside pockets which are great for taking candy into the movie theater ;-). It is a nice quality product and great logo placement.The jacket is a little heavier than I expected. As with my other Caterpillar coat, is it excellent quality. It has zippers under the arms so that it is cooler when a little warmer out, which works well but my wife doesn't like seeing those unzipped.The two internal pockets are large. I'd love if they made one with even more pockets like they do my other caterpillar jacket.The sleeves are a slight bit tighter than one might expect, and perhaps a touch long, but I have long arms anyway. My wife likes the velcro at the wrists tightened rather than left a little looser.I've had compliments regarding the jacket.My husband loves this jacket !!! First time around I ordered his normal XL but it was too tight in the chest and arms were too short. He is a thick 6’2” guy with broad shoulders. Thankfully the XXL fits him perfectly!This jacket is very nice for the price. It does block the wind fairly good, and is decently warm. The fabric is not very breathable but does seem to deflect the rain well enough. I was wearing the wrist cinches at the loosest fitting but while I was working the velcro kept coming unfastened. It bothered me enough that I ended up cutting the plastic portion of the velcro off at the base (making sure to round the corners so they wouldn't poke me).It's so hard to find clothes that come in tall. Thank you for this. I am sort of between a medium and large tall. The large is a bit big on me. But it's fine. I do wish the arms were about 3/4 inch shorter. It's well made. Sharp. It has a thin fleece lining so it's not bulky. There are 2 nice big inside pockets behind the front pockets. There are zippers in the armpits. Very nice quality. There are hidden things inside the waist to adjust.
