It is not the best for the price,headrest is not good or not effective.For the price this is not a good buy. Overall above average or just goodWay over priced for the quality. Easy to assemble but man is it uncomfortable to sit in. I can second the fact that this is better for shorter people as the head rest is to low for my head to reach.Seat could use a memory foPros:- Easy to assemble- I like the look- The reclining feature works well- Good adjusting armrests (even though no padding)- Very quietCon- The lumbar support does not go nearly high enough, and I'm 5'7ish- The neck is TERRIBLE and totally useless. It's incredibly uncomfortable because you can feel the metal and it doesn't come out far enough.- Padding on the seat isn't very good, it's not terribly uncomfortable but it's only marginally better than sitting on a plastic bus seat. Certainly not enjoyable and I look forward to getting off this chair and sitting on my dining room chair- No seat depth adjustment, while no promised, is not great on this chair as the lumbar is already bad.- Despite tightening down all screws, the chair is wobblyWill absolutely be returningI have tried other office chairs, but this one is comfortable and changes positions.love the web seat and back.Bang-ed my head over the headrest's supporting structure several times in the first week. Then felt regretted that the box had been torn and thrown away. Other-wise, I will return this chair.Seat started to break two weeks after I got itIf you're looking for an office chair in which to spend 8 to 10 hours a day, 5 days a week --- this is not it. On the other hand, if you want a chair for a couple of hours of computer work or work-at-home, on an intermittent basis, this will be a good choice.To be fair: industrial strength chairs made for long hours of use are very much more expensive. So to some extent here you are getting a pretty good deal: an office chair that's "good enough" for less than full-time use.Assembly was really easy and only took about half an hour. Instructions were excellent and came in two forms: one for assembly with the headrest, and one for assembly without. We tried it both ways. In the end we didn't care for the positioning of the headrest, so we left it out.Lumbar support is very good--- that's a major point in favor of the chair. But overall comfort was fair to good, not outstanding. The chair does have an inexpensive look and feel (and relatively speaking, it is inexpensive).We'll go four stars on this one. If you're expecting to get a comfortable, accommodating, long term use chair in this price range --- you won't. If you want a chair for occasional use, this is a very good choice and a value for the price.
