The only thing wrong with this chair is that it is missing the M8 nuts and washers. You have to get them separately or the back won’t connect to the bottom. Otherwise, this is a great chair. I actually fell asleep in it for a couple of hours the other day. I just leaned back and suddenly...zzzz! Very reasonably priced for the value.I normally don’t get chairs like these, but I came down with a mean case of Edema and I needed something to elevate my feet. Usually I just use a chair to work in, but this thing lets you do that and more.I do my morning meditation with it leaned back and it is a marvelous experience each time! Just don’t forget to buy yourself some nuts and perhaps a tiny 4” wrench ?!This is a very comfortable chair. However, in the instruction manual and in the package list, there is no indication for the 3 nuts and washers that are needed to attach the back to the seat with the screws provided. It came with 3 screws for that, but without the nuts and washers, the back would not stay put. We had to use spare screws, nuts, and washers that we happened to have on hand, luckily, to replace those. This is a big flaw that should be addressed, or let your customers know about this. What good is a chair if the back won't stay on? That is my only complaint about this chair. Other than that issue, I'm very pleased with this purchase.The chair sits on a post that slides into the wheel assembly. After a year, the plastic on the wheel assembly cracked and slid down so that the post dug into the floor, doing serious damage before I noticed it.So I'd give this 5/5 stars for the first year, but it's not worth the damage it did to my house.This is an amazing chair! Very comfortable and easy to assemble. I’m 240lbs and 5’9 and the chair provides plenty of support.The footrest feels flimsy and slides out from under the seat cushion a bit too easily.I had significant concerns about all the reviews that noted missing hardware but, mike came with everything required to assemble the chair right out of the box.I'm using this in my salon for my nail clients, and they love this chair! So comfy, and the massage pillow is a nice addition they really enjoy.My boyfriend is a big gamer and for his birthday I wanted to give him a new gaming chair. I I spent days researching and looking at a ton of different products. This was the one I decided to go with. And let me say, SO happy with this decision. It was incredibly easy to assemble, it looks great and durable. I also really like the massage pillow! Definite recommend this chair.We do like the chair , it's pretty comfortable but the foot rest does not stay put and comes out very often if the chair is moved. It's a bit annoying but nothing velcro can't fix. It would just be better if there was a way to snap it into placeI had to leave a 5 star review for the chair - it's comfortable, sturdy and a good value. However... it's a nightmare to put together because of poor instructions. I had missing screws, but the seller was quick to apologize and offer to send me the missing parts.Overall... if you can get the chair together it's a great chair and good value.
