It went together easily. The sound is pretty cool. Like others, I feel it could be a little taller. You cannot reach the adjuster from the seated position; you have to get up and down. I only, usually, sit for a couple of hours at a time. Longer, I don't think I would find it very comfortable.Nice look and style. Great for movie/video game night. Cushion a little on firm side. Good upper back/neck & leg support. Might need a small pillow for lower back. I’ve added velcroed cushions to armrest to prop my Elbows higher with more comfortI knew this was an older model when I purchased it. But it was on sale, so picked it up! Maybe they improved some issues in later models. Note: chair audio has been hooked up to my Xbox One S (via monitor headset jack) and PC (speaker port) with no issues.This is definitely a low sitting gaming chair. Basically a floor rocker gaming chair on a pedestal base meant for those who game in front of a tv (standard tv stand furniture height is 22"). The height is perfect for my setup and is more comfortable for long gaming sessions than my office chair. I am 6'1 and have no issues fitting into the chair. The arm rest is low enough that my arms don't ache or fall asleep while using a controller.I've seen reviews of people complaining about sound hookups being only RCA and not audio hdmi or optical. This is not an issue. The tv's I own also have RCA/Component connections and headphone jacks, not just hdmi and optical. My curved hdmi monitor has a headphone jack. Computers also have headphone and speaker jacks (3.5mm), so this isn't an issue when connecting for PC or console. 3.5mm-to-rca cable is included if you don't already have one laying around. Also, this cable can be used to run audio to the chair from the controller's headset port (older controllers may need a 3.5mm headset adapter). I haven't messed with the aux in since I run through an RCA switch to change between PC and console audio on-the-fly.Cons or issues:- Does not support headsets w/microphone. Don't expect to be able to party chat or chat in-game through the headset port on the chair.- The back of the chair is a thin nylon type covering. Does little to muffle sound from blasting out from the back. This may have been improved in later models.- Bass sounds better if you are behind the chair or place the chair near a corner/wall. Just bad execution of directing sound waves from the subwoofer. You do feel the thuds and such as it vibrates the chair, but the actual sound is flat whilst sitting in the chair.- Left and Right inputs are flipped. Apparently, during the factory process, it was put together as if the speakers would be facing the chair. So when sitting in the chair, right sound comes out the left speaker and left sound comes out the right speaker. Simple to fix by flipping the RCA red cable to white port and white cable to red port. Using the Aux in, there is no workaround outside of tearing it open and correcting the wiring of the speakers. This is a wiring mistake that should have been caught and corrected in affected stock.I haven't used the wireless transmitter yet. It does require batteries as a power adapter for it is not included.Overall, I have so far been pleased. Since I have only had this chair for a short time, I may update this review as time goes on (wear&tear, lasting quality, etc).I am extremely pleased with this purchase.It took me about 20 maybe 30 minutes to put together with no additional tools required. I had everything that I needed.The instructions were extremely easy to follow, one page with one side in fact.Also did it alone without any hassle.Now on to the products performance itself.I just wanted to make sure everything worked so I tried the wireless adapter. The left speaker was not working and I had to jiggle the wire a bit. Also my TV's headphone jack was quite high and it was just dangling there and one of the speakers kept turning off so it was not ideal for my specific TV plus it takes two AAA batteries.Going to the wire drought, it is an absolutely amazing experience and I first started up Crazy Taxi on Dreamcast and fell in love with it all over again. Felt like I was in the arcade.I went out and got a 10-foot 3.5 mm auxiliary Jack and put it in my retro gaming room so now I have about 10 systems I can easily hook up to the chair.Now for the comfort portion and the reason why it got four stars instead of five.First off the armrest I wish came with a type of sleeve that you can easily remove but I would definitely keep on because they are hard and I end up just keeping them lifted up.When sitting all the way back my lower back doesn't have much lumbar support but it was easily fixed with a folded towel but I just wish I didn't have to do that and every time I sit in the chair I'm reminded of it.Nothing is perfect but I love my purchase and it was a Father's Day gift that I'm very thankful for. Just know that it's not going to be the most comfortable chair in the world. But it's awesome not going to be the most uncomfortable chair either. Pretty darn comfortable, just nothing to write home about.You can connect to your record player but must use the little wifi box included with it to use mp3 player wireless. Ok sounds great!Lamento cambiar mi comentario ya que esta silla me está causando problemas en mi espalda, no es recomendable a partir de de un uso mayor a 2 horas diarias, es muy incómoda para día largo. Lo de abajo es mi primer comentario.Me decidí por esta silla por que era lo más conveniente ya que uso el Xbox y la pc en el mismo monitor, compré dos cables de 3 metros por que los incluyen son muy cortos uno fue rca con entrada 3.5 el otro fue un cable 3.5 por los lados, pueden usarse los dos al mismo tiempo, por ejemplo: al esta jugando algún modo historia puedo poner música y escuchar a la perfección lo del juego, ya es decisión mía si quiero quiero bajar a la música desde mi teléfono que tiene que estar conectado con cualquiera de estos dos cables, otra cosa que me gusto fue el sonido en verdad suena muy bien no les dire que es un monstruo pero suena decente eso si al tope llega a fallar un poco y como que se distorsiona pero solo bajar un poco y la verdad todo bien, tiene sonido R y L y otro en medio y eso hace que todo sea como un pequeño teatro.Lo que no me gusto es que las partes para apoyar los brazos son muy cortas les hacen falta unas bases para levantar y poner a gusto de cada brazo, la otra es que hoy note unas pequeñas aperturas que muestras los tejidos en la unión del asiento y de la reposadera de la espalda tome foto así que pueden verla, eso si, no note si ya estaba así o si es por el uso pero apenas llevo un mes con ella, cualquier cosa si se llega a estropear cambiaré el comentario pero hasta ahora estoy muy feliz, excepto por lo de las manos. Pero bien.Purchased this chair as a Christmas gift , chair looked great until we had to hook it up, wasted hours trying to figure out why we couldn't get any sound out of it (instruction sheet is useless ) , luckily we came across a blog post confirming that the chair was not compatible with our XBOX ONE unit, and had to purchase an HDMI audio converter (chair only supports RCA) in order to make it work.. Converter arrived today and it finally works.. BUT had to spend an extra 35$to 40$ to do so + an extra HDMI cable.I bought the chair with the power supply bundling deal. Well, I was careless. I thought the power supply was needed for the chair but it was not. The chair comes with everything. It is comfortable and it works great.I tried to return the power supply but Amazon didn't take it. I am still working with T Power to get it resolved.My advise, do NOT take the bundling deal. It is not a deal at all. Just buy the chair.Gran silla gamer, únicos inconvenientes, no tiene ruedas y la bocina solo tiene entrada de audio/video, si tú sistema usa HDMI para conectarse complica un poco el usarlaEsta silla aunque está anunciada como para gamming yo la adquirí para home office, lo cual tal vez no me resulte tan acertado. La silla es un poco baja y no es regulable en cuanto a altura ni a inclinación del respaldo. Fuera de eso los acabados en piel de la silla se ven de buena calidad. Un punto donde podría mejorar es el material de los brazos que son de plástico y se rayan muy fácil. Estos ya traían algunos rayones desde antes de sacarlos de la caja. El sistema de audio se acopla mediante bluetooth de manera fácil. Si se quieren utilizar los cables de auxiliar les recomiendo adquirir unos dependiendo del largo que los necesiten ya que los proporcionados con la silla son de 1-1.5mts.
