The weldings aren't that great... clearly there are gaps and it's pretty noticeable. The shelves also did not come with pre-drilled holes, so that made the assembly a little bit more difficult. I still do enjoy the style of this unit though.Very niceI needed a corner unit for a bedroom for displaying photos and memorabilia. This one fit the bill nicely and is very attractive and sturdy. However, I do not have a drill with screwdriver bits and had to manually screw the shelves in. It was extremely difficult in that the shelves are screwed in from underneath. There are no pre-drilled holes, and this proved a challenge for me. I ended up resting the unit on the bed so I could sit down beside it to see what I was doing. A bit hard on the wrists and fingers but I got the unit build well enough.It’s pretty and fits in to the room I wanted it in perfectly. The quality isn’t all that great, however. One hole didn’t line up at all when attaching the top section to the bottom section. Also, the individual shelves don’t have holes drilled to screw into the frame. Screws are impossible to get into the shelves without drilling pilot holes. All in all it wasn’t difficult to put together just cheaply made. If you don’t already own a cordless drill, don’t not buy it
