Dickies Men's Relaxed Fit Duck Jean Big-Tall - Durable Work Pants for Construction, Landscaping & Outdoor Activities

My wife buys these for me at target and I ruined a pair, so I wanted to replace them without actually taking to anyone lol. While these aren't the same exact ones, they are close enough and are great work pants. I'm finding that they run a bit big. I'm a 32w32l in one pair from target and a 24w32l in the same pant and they both fit the same(I know, it's odd)so at first I ordered the 34w32l and they were WAY too big(I have yet to figure out how to send them back, I'll probably just end up giving them to a buddy if mine) so I figured I'd try the 32w32l and that's what I ordered and the waist fits fine but the length is a bit long(which is fine). I'll be getting more for sure, maybe in 1 size shorter though.Last year I purchased a pair of Duluth flex carpenter pants. After first wash and dry they shrank a size. Not a deal breaker but I went into a house to remediate a bedroom full of mold. The areas where bleach got on the pants created holes. Some big enough you can feed your hand through. Not something you'd expect from a pair of pants that cost $80. Of course when I reviewed their pants on their site they didn't publish it.Now getting to these $25 pants. But first let me tell you what I put a pair of pants through. I do appliance repair and installs. So I can be taking dishwashers, microwaves, washer and dryers and even refrigerators up and down stairs. I do plumbing. I'm bending down low to clean old DE filters inside drop tanks for public pools, working on peoples toilets, garbage disposals, faucets. I do HVAC. Nitrogen and B tanks are heavy. Often taking them up and down stairs. When sweating compressors inside condenser units half my body is inside the unit while my legs are suspended in air. Not uncommon for me to carry 5 gallon buckets of paint up stairs with a sprayer since I do painting too. Also do trashouts. Sometimes I'll get a job where bottomfeeders will leave behind every bit of furniture inside their third floor apartment after eviction. So I can be in a situation where I need to he[p carry peoples furniture down flights of stairs.I need a pair of pants that are durable, can hold some tools and most of all comfortable.These are very comfortable pants. I don't feel restricted when doing all the moving that I do. I got the 33s and that's exactly what they are. After multiple washes they have not shrunk. Although discolored from bleach and exposure to chlorine they did not form gaping holes like the Duluth pants did. I carry a pair of channel locks and a Kliens 11 in 1 tool in the right double pockets. Vice grip wire strippers in back pocket. I have one tool pouch on my left hip and a heavy rugged phone inside case on the right. Both hang from the belt. The belt, even under load, is held very secure by these pants no matter what I'm doing.Really can't say enough good about these pants. The only improvements I would suggest are the two front pockets. I like the location of the pockets, just wish they were roomier. Holding a minimalist wallet in the left pocket is tighter than I like. It would have been nice to have a loop on the front right side of pants to secure a key lanyard for the keys I use throughout the day. That was the one feature I can say was good about the Duluths. Also, I wish the the inside of the leg pockets were condura lined. Over time the channel locks will wear down the fabric inside that pocket and fall right down my leg. Have yet a single person notice when that happens. I've been wearing carpenter style pants for a long time and so far I like these the best.Fit well and comfortable. Durable, but not to heavy for summer outdoor work. Wore first pair every day for three months with no problems. Double tool pocket is convenient at hand height. Deep back pockets.Although I had to order a little above my normal size od 34×34 since there's at least a 1 and a half inch inconcestacy at the waist so I ordered 38×34 and it fitted perfectallyWaist size NOT correct! Order one size larger. Nice pants other than the size issue...They are a little long but otherwise good quality. The material is similar to a pair of Carhartts.There were multiple aspects I was focused on when choosing pants for work. To start, I’m a technician so pockets are important. I would like an additional pocket on the side, but other styles that offered that lacked the loose form these offer.I like the pocket style of Jeans. The change pocket is where I keep a small multi tool and flashlight.Slanted pockets on slacks often saw my various contents slipping out, so I went for the more straight style with these.I have noticed more wear after crawling and kneeling. They’re a loose comfortable fit, which I like. But the fabric is not very durable. I don’t have any holes yet, but the distressed look is not ideal in a workplace setting.I do like the casual versatility of these pants. I’m typically a jeans wearer. These let me look a little nicer while maintaining the comfort of jeans.I now have 3 pairs in different colors and will likely order a few more.Very good product. They last much better than the blue jeans.I'm a fairly slim 5'11" and usually take a 32" waist for jeans. These fit perfectly with a bit if wiggle room for weeks when too many pies are consumed.The material is a really good quality, thick, heavyweight canvas sort of stuff and they feel like they'll last a long time.The style is a bit reminiscent of '90s jeans - baggy all the way down but not so much that they look weird. Much comfier than skinny fit jeans and despite the thick material they're actually pretty cool on hot days.All in all, a really good quality pair of strides - a bit smarter than standard jeans. I went for the green colour and they're exactly as pictured- quite a dark, subtle colouring. Very pleased with them so far.Great pair of casual/ work pants, very tough fabric, but well cut, and in a subtle colour.Too ‘good’ to be used while working stone, hope they still fit in five years when they’re demoted.Delivery was faster than expected by a few days.Nice to have a pair of pants that fit, and that are loose enough for comfortable movement….Colour’s nice. Fit’s nice. They are nice trousersFitted perfectly. Dickies are always correct on sizing. These would be my 6 and 7 pairs. The first I bought in states. The rest imported but still always fit to perfectionVery durable material and a nice loose fit, perfect for someone that is larger in build
